RMPA Rules Test Dates

The RMPA recently passed a new rule requiring all players to pass a rules test before being allowed to play in any RMPA santioned tournaments in Malaysia.   Players who hold an RMPA C Umpires Certification, HPA C or higher umpires certification are exempted from taking the RMPA Rules Test.  All other players must pass an RMPA Rules Test before being allowed to play in RMPA sanctioned tournaments.

Many of the players that have been entered for the RMPA Merdeka League tournament to be held at Royal Pahang Polo Club do not have exemption and have not passed the RMPA Rules Test.  The cost of the test is RM30.00 each.

If you feel you should be exempt, please e-mail Peter Abisheganaden with proof of your RMPA or HPA Umpires certification and date of pass. 

The next RMPA Rules Tests will be conducted on:

1. Thursday 25th February 2010 at Terengganu Equestrian Resort, 6:00 pm
2. Saturday 27th February 2010 at Royal Selangor Polo Club, 10:00 am
3. Saturday 13th March 2010 at Royal Pahang Polo Club, 11:00 am
